DORA is no longer just a compliance exercise. It is reshaping how financial institutions work across IT, risk and compliance. Join industry experts for an afternoon of practical insights on DORA, GDPR and AI, including the latest regulatory developments, real-world challenges and lessons learned from the financial sector. The webinar is conducted in both English and Danish and offers plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.

This event is conducted in both English and Danish.

As DORA becomes an increasingly important part of the regulatory landscape, financial institutions must ensure that technology, risk management and compliance work closely together. At this webinar, we will explore key challenges, opportunities and practical lessons from across the financial sector.

Please note that the webinar will not be recorded or shared afterwards due to GDPR considerations.

Recent GDPR and AI Updates & the Importance of Mapping and Risk Assessments
Bodil Maria Hald, Partner, Plesner

This session will focus on:

  • Operationalising the core principles of GDPR through recent Danish enforcement cases.
  • The data protection challenges posed by agentic AI for organisations deploying AI solutions.
  • The importance of data mapping and risk assessments, including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), across both GDPR and AI governance.

DORA Requires Action, Not Intent

DORA is here to stay, and supervisory authorities are increasing their level of scrutiny. From 2027, DORA will also form part of banks' solvency assessments, making it essential that documentation, processes and day-to-day practices align with regulatory requirements.

This session provides an update on DORA and perspectives from our speakers on what organisations should prioritise moving forward.
