Annual days of holiday/days off
In most of Finansforbundet’s collective agreements, we have made sure that all employees are entitled to at least 50 days of holiday and days off every year.
Breakdown of the 50 days of holiday and days off
- 25 days of holiday: according to the Danish Holiday Act
- 5 days of holiday secured by collective agreements: the 6th week of holiday
- 5 dependants’ leave days: to care for your loved ones
- 4 “financial sector holidays”: special days off in the financial sector
- 11 traditional holidays: Christmas, New Year, Easter, Whitsun, etc.
A total of 50 days of holiday and days off
The extra days of holiday and days off have been secured by Finansforbundet through collective bargaining.
