Collective agreements
Finansforbundet has entered into a wide range of collective agreements. Below you will find the collective agreement that applies specifically to your company. The collective agreements have either been entered into with an employers’ association or with the individual company.
Collective agreements entered into with employers’ associations cover all companies that are members of the employers’ association, whereas collective agreements entered into with an individual company apply solely to that company’s employees or, where the group owns several companies, to the employees of the group.
Collective Agreement (The STOK)
Financial sector companies that are members of Finance Denmark Employers (FIDA/A) are typically covered by the Standard Collective Agreement (the STOK), concluded between Finansforbundet and FIDA/A. Please note, however, that certain member companies, for example within FinTech and neobanks, are not covered by the STOK.
These companies are instead covered by another collective agreement, such as Finansforbundet’s FinTech Framework Agreement.

In connection with certain companies joining Finance Denmark Employers (FIDA), Finansforbundet and FIDA have, pursuant to Section 7 of the STOK, agreed on a number of special provisions for specific companies.
Below, you can see which companies are subject to special provisions and what those special provisions contain.
Companies that are not members of Finance Denmark/Finance Denmark Employers (FIDA/A) may choose to enter into an accession agreement with Finansforbundet. An accession agreement stipulates that the terms and conditions of employment must be identical to those laid down in the Standard Collective Agreement, unless otherwise agreed between the company and Finansforbundet. Below is a list of companies that have accession agreements.

• Eurogiro Holding

Special Collective Agreements
Finansforbundet’s Special Collective Agreements are collective agreements concluded with companies that are not members of Finance Denmark Employers (FIDA/A). Below you can view the individual collective agreements and see whether you are employed by one of the companies with which we have concluded a Special Collective Agreement.
FinTech Collective Agreements
Companies that are members of the Association of FinTech Employers (AF) are covered by the Framework Collective Agreement for FinTech Companies, concluded between AF and Finansforbundet. AF is a relatively new employers’ organisation, established in 2021, and therefore currently has only a limited number of member companies.
In addition to the FinTech Framework Collective Agreement, we also conclude a local collective agreement with each individual FinTech company. At a minimum, the local collective agreement must contain provisions regarding:
-
Working hours
-
Pension and insurance
-
Salary
As an employee of one of the FinTech companies that is a member of AF, you should therefore consult both the Framework Collective Agreement and the local collective agreement to gain a complete overview of your salary and employment terms and conditions.

Insurance Representatives
Within the insurance representative area, the ROK applies to companies that are members of Insurance & Pension Employers (F&P Employers). The ROK has been concluded between F&P Employers and Finansforbundet.
In addition to the ROK, the local associations of insurance representatives conclude a company collective agreement with their respective company. As an insurance representative in one of the companies where an association of insurance representatives has been established, you should therefore consult both the Framework Collective Agreement and the local collective agreement to gain a complete overview of your salary and employment terms and conditions.
Finansforbundet and F&P Employers have also agreed on the following joint guidelines associated with the ROK.
