Paid Dental-, Health and Group life-insurance
If you are employed in a compagny covered by one of Finansforbundet’s collective agreements, you are usually entitled to paid dental, health and group life insurance. This gives you an economic advantage in the form of a subsidy – and reassurance of a healthy and comfortable life.
What do I get?
Your employer pays the insurance premiums totalling approximately DKK 4,800 annually.
So, you are saving DKK 4,800 every year because Finansforbundet has ensured you these benefits through collective bargaining.
Let's take a closer look at the three insurance schemes and what your exact benefits are.
Dental insurance:
This insurance scheme might not be the same in every compagny, but it must contain at least the following:
- An annual excess of no more than DKK 1.000
- Coverage of costs of up to DKK 30,000 a year
- Coverage in the case of, for example, fillings, X-rays, root canal treatment, periodontal disease and surgery.
Health insurance: Quick access to treatment
The health insurance scheme gives you access to treatment at a psychologist, chiropractor, physiotherapist or a private hospital – with the possibility of covering the costs thereof.
The health insurance policy also ensures you quick access to treatment if you become ill or have an accident.
Group life insurance: Financial compensation
Group life insurance provides financial coverage in a number of unfortunate situations – e.g. death and critical illness for adults and children.
