New pay and working hours

As of 1 July 2021, has been possible to switch to a new kind of fixed salary. This basically means that you are not entitled to overtime pat, and in return you have the right to independent work planning. On this site, we have gathered the most important and most relevant information for you. If you do not find the answer to your specific questions, you can contact your union representative or call Forhandling (Negotiations) at Finansforbundet.
