New company collective agreement ratified by the members
An vast majority of the members of Finansforbundet i Danske Bank have voted in favour of the new company collective agreement.
With a resounding yes of 92.4% of the votes cast, the members of Finansforbundet i Danske Bank have just approved the new company collective agreement here in Danske Bank.
This means that you now have have a new company collective agreement valid from 1 April 2023.
”I am very pleased with the big and clear yes to the company collective agreement here in Danske Bank. It means a lot with a strong support from those who will be using the company collective agreement and gives us a good mandate for the coming years' work – both for us at Finansforbundet i Danske Bank and the bank ”, says Chairman of Finansforbundet i Danske Bank, Kirsten Ebbe Brich.
The agreement is effective for two years.
7.5% voted against, and 0.1% cast a blank vote.

During the negotiations, Finansforbundet i Danske Bank met a counterpart, who also were transparent and solution-oriented.

A total of 62.5% chose to cast their vote.
Your new company collective agreement in Danske Bank
Your salary will automatically increase by 4.5% on 1 July 2023 and by 3% on July 2024.
